Heartbeat comforter
When will the cry sensor be activated?
The sound sensor will be activated upon crying. This means that there should be a significant amount of sound. We advise to place the module within 30 cm of your child to be able to pick up enough sound to activate. With or without the plush will make a difference, without plush the module will activate more quickly.
Which sounds can you play?
The music box can play a heartbeat, white noise and 2 different melodies. you can listen to the sounds in the product video
How long will the music box stay on?
You can choose between 3 different timers. The music box can stay on for 15, 30 or 60 minutes. After this time the music box will turn off and will be re-activated with the cry sensor.
Can I buy separate plush toys?
No unfortunately we do not sell the plush toys without the music box.
What material are the plush toys?
Our knitted fabric toys are made out of 70% acryl and 30% polyester.
Our plush fabric toys are made out of 100% polyester.
Sleep trainers
Can my child change all the settings?
No the settings at the bottom of the sleep trainer have a special child lock to ensure all the settings stay safe.
From what age can you use the sleep trainer?
If your child understands the color green and orange then you can use the sleep trainer. We suggest starting with the product when they are around the age of three.
Is there a way to turn off the alarm?
Yes, in the settings you can decide if you want to use the alarm for the sleep trainer. You can also choose between three different volume options.
How do I set the analog clock?
When you remove the silicone cover, you can set the time with the small pin on the back.
Projectors
How long stays the projector on?
The projector automatically turns off after 30 minutes.
How can i remove the timer function?
To turn off the timer function and keep the projector on at all times you need to hold the "on/off" button for approximately 5 seconds. The projector will blink to let you know the setting is changed.
How long does the battery last?
There are a lot of different light modes that all change the battery life of the projector.
If there is only one color light on, on the lowest brightness the battery lasts for 40 hours.
Please check the manual below for all different modes and their battery life.
Interior lights - Plug
Does your interior light have a LED bulb included?
Yes, for all our interior lights with a plug we have included a LED bulb in the product. This is a bulb with an E27 fitting.
Can I change the LED bulb myself?
Yes, all you need is a phillips screwdriver and a new LED bulb. Always take remove the plug from the socket before removing the backplate. There are 6 screws on the backplate that can be removed, then you can safely change the LED bulb.
My light does not turn on, what do I need to do?
If your light does not work, please change the LED bulb explained in the part above. If this does not resolve the problem please contact our customer service.
What kind of plug is used for the lights?
For all our products with an included plug we use an EU plug. Otherwise known as a type C plug.

What is the brightness of the night lights?
Our night lights are not too bright. They won't light up the entire room but have enough light to change a diaper, give night feeds or make your child feel safe.
How long does the battery last?
The night lights have a battery life of approximately 10-20 hours.
Baby mobiles
How long does the mobile stay on?
The mobile has 2 different timer options. You can choose between 15 and 30 minutes. You can also choose to turn the timer off.
Will the mobile fit on all playpens and cribs?
No, our mobile is designed for playpens and cribs with slats, not with fabric. Only place the mobile on a crib with slats and ensure that you can safely fasten the mobile before placing your baby below the mobile.
What music options are on the mobile?
There are 4 different music options on the mobile. happy, meditation, Mozart and a lullaby. You can listen to the music options in the product video.
For wat ages is the mobile intended?
The mobile is intended for 0 - 6 months. It is important to remove the mobile when your baby starts pushing up on their hands.
How high do I need to place the mobile?
Make sure you hang the mobile so your baby cannot reach the mobile. To ensure your baby is safe they are not allowed to be able to reach the mobile.
Baby gyms
For wat age is the baby gym intended?
The baby gym is intended for baby's from 0 months and up. Remove the baby gym when your baby is starting to stand or walk.
What kind of toys are on the baby gym?
There are 5 toys on the baby gym.

What kind of batteries are in the music box?
In the music box are two LR41 batteries. When the music stops working you can replace the batteries. If this does not solve the problem please contact our customer service.
Bluetooth speakers
How do I connect my phone to the bluetooth speaker?
First you need to turn bluetooth on, on your phone.
After this you need press the "on" button on the speaker. The orange light will start to blink. This indicates that you can find the speaker in on your phone.
Then you go to the bluetooth settings on your phone and select the "Flow BT speaker".
The speaker will make a sound to confirm you have connected your phone.

You can find the playlists we've made in our Spotify account.
Can I operate the music on the bluetooth speaker?
Yes, you can operate the music on the bluetooth speaker itself. Please check the manual to see how this works.
How long does the battery last?
The battery of the bluetooth speaker has a lifetime of approximately 3 - 5 hours.
How do I change the color of the light?
You can change the color of the bluetooth speaker by pressing the SET button.
