Original design
Our Flow Amsterdam products are designed with love for you and your baby. We try to design products with an original look and feel. Unfortunately we’ve noticed that the popularity of our products is also noticed by other people. We keep on finding counterfeit products for sale online. These copies are often of low quality and do not hold our standards considering safety.
It can be difficult to find the difference between real and counterfeit products online. Sometimes we notice they use our pictures to promote another product. Below you can find information on what to look for / how to determine if the product you’re looking at is an official Flow Amsterdam design. Together we can make sure that all family homes remain safe.
Official resellers
Order in our online shop or with one of our certified resellers. If you are in doubt you are always welcome to call us (+31 (0)20 215 40 79) or send an email to info@flowamsterdam.com. We are available Monday – Friday between 09:00 and 17:30 CET and we will be able to verify the reseller for you immediately.
Price and packaging
Our packaging is always in English, whenever you see a product with packaging in another language, this is not a real product. Considering the price: If the price is too good to be true, it most likely is. The products from Flow Amsterdam have a high quality and therefore are placed in a higher price category. When you see a product of ours with an extremely low price, you can be sure that it’s not an official product. These products don’t have the same quality and safety standards as Flow Amsterdam products.
E-commerce platforms
As of today, our products are sold in a wide range of online stores in the Netherlands and other countries. These platforms use our standard prices. Any listings with extremely low prices are not official products. Certified Flow Amsterdam products will never be sold on platforms like, Wish, AliExpress and Alibaba. All products found there are fake.If you find adverts on one of these platforms that you’d like to verify, please don’t hesitate to send an email to info@flowamsterdam.com including a link so we can verify if the listing is for an official Flow Amsterdam design.
What if I accidentally purchased a counterfeit product?
We strongly advise you not to use the product as it could be unsafe to use. When you’ve purchased the product from an e-commerce platform, you can choose to report it to warn other visitors on the platform. Depending on the policy of the platform you may be able to get a refund, unfortunately this is not something we can assist you in. If you’ve made your purchase with a store or online shop we would greatly appreciate it if you could inform us about this directly so we can take action. Unfortunately we cannot assist you in handling the incident between you and the shop. Apply your right of withdrawal in this case.Make sure you purchase a safe, original design and help us protect the integrity of our brand by welcoming your Flow Amsterdam design with loving attention.
